Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Threadmill Home Linen website, online store, and related services (collectively, the "Site"). By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with any policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Site.

Pricing and Errors

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, promotional, inventory, or product-information errors. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue any applicable refund.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, product availability, fraud review, and any applicable purchase limits. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, inventory issues, pricing errors, resale activity, misuse of promotions, or violations of these Terms.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and store-credit options are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Eligibility, timing, item condition requirements, fees, and refund processing are determined under that policy. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Reviews and Other User Content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, testimonial, question, or other content to us or through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. To the extent permitted by law, you grant Threadmill Home Linen a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our business, marketing, and Site operations. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Threadmill Home Linen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or purchase of products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Threadmill Home Linen and its affiliates, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Suspension or Termination

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier or supply-chain disruptions, labor disputes, government action, public-health emergencies, utility or network outages, cyber incidents affecting third parties, or similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material impacts when practicable.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming , without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Any dispute-resolution venue, arbitration requirement, jury-trial waiver, or class-action waiver should be added only after confirmation by Threadmill Home Linen and legal counsel.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective or revision date where appropriate. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Threadmill Home Linen regarding use of the Site and purchases made through it, subject to any additional terms presented for a particular service or promotion.
