The pillows were compactly packaged- but immediately went into a proper shape in seconds. The pillows were so soft and I can’t wait to use them in my guest bedroom!

When I first opened the package, I thought there would be no way the pillows would fluff up. But they did! (The reusable fabric bags they came in are a nice bonus!) They did have a bit of a smell, but after spraying with an odor removing spray and setting them outside on a sunny afternoon, that took care of it. I love how I can scrunch up my pillow how I want it, depending on my sleeping position. In my pictures, the one on the right has been used nightly for two weeks, and it has not flattened one bit. I did not do any fluffing before taking the pictures. My husband tells me that my snoring has been a lot less since I have been using this new pillow! I can't say enough about how comfy it is!

These come individually packed in their own cotton sleeves. Once removed, they were easy to fluff. Slight polyester smell, but let them sit for a little time before putting in pillow covers and the odor goes away. That's standard for any packaged product. The pillows are in a very nice cotton casing. The stitching is well done. Plus, they are washable AND sustainably made. I love these pillows!

Very comfortable. Not too soft. Just right.

Very squishy, yet supportive - I was hesitant to spend $54 on two standard pillows, having been brought up that one buys a new pillow at a department store, and anything over $15 is wasting your money. Couldn't be further from the truth, these are worth every penny. I have not washed them yet, happy that they're not considered disposable (like the $10 ones are).

They aren't filled with down, it's called "alternate" filling. Whatever it is, it's very comfortable and I'm delighted to have them.

So far I'm loving this pillow! And I'm a very picky pillow person. I wanted a soft, but not too fat pillow, kind of like down, but not real feathers.

Best pillow ever!

I have tried pillows for side sleeping from Tar--t, IK-a, Comp--y Store, Cu--led--n, La--s E-d. Edd-- Ba--r, Koh-s, Verm--t Country St--e, Dilla--s, My Pil--w, and some German ones when I lived there. They have been down, down and feather, memory foam, polyester, regular foam, barley, bamboo, and others. NON have been as comfortable for my neck as these. Not sure why, but this pillow is the best I have had by far. Their sheets are also the best I have used. Threadmill, please keep your high standards and your company will survive any depression to come because your linens are the BEST.

The pillows were soft but still had some firmness to them. Nicely packaged. Fluff nicely.

Fluffy, cushy pillows for your bed! They do feel cool, so there's a promise kept! These pillows are a bit overstuffed for me, but I have always preferred an unusually skinny pillow! They are VERY well-made.

I've never found a pillow that solves my sore neck pain. Either too hard, or they go flat over time. These pillows are the best I've used, why didn't I find them sooner. I've never slept so good. Comfortable, cooling, keeps its shape, I absolutely love them and would recommend them to those who need a great nights sleep. I give them 1,000 stars.

So squishy and comfortable. I’m not a lover of the latest rage of foam pillows. These pillows are good old fashion squishy soft pillows. Just what I was looking for. Pile them up and enjoy. Packaging is very unique in that the pillows are rolled and placed in a beautiful bag, which I will up cycle and make a rolled decorative pillow out of. Yahoo, finally a good night sleep.

These are hands down the BEST pillows I have ever owned and for the quality and the eco friendliness to the earth and to us they are amazing in every way. They are cool, supportive and soft, just lovely. No plastic to the packaging, no harmful chemicals they care about the product and the earth in every step of the way. ♥♥♥

Great pillows!!

I have tried 8 pillows. I grew up with down pillows in the 60s. Loved them. These are not as hard as those but definitely fluffie and semi thick. I can sleep on my side easily and my back. I squash the sides up easy to hold my head for support. These are the ones I will keep. They come inside a cotton “pillowcase” for shipping. This is not THE pillowcase. No smell. Just perfect.

i love soft pillows and these were just what I like. I needed pillows really bad but kept dragging my feet in breaking down and getting new pillows. Glad I ordered these. They are perfect for me.
